AI that runs the marketing, with a person on the claims.
Healthcare brands are asking for marketing that creates, tests, and optimizes itself. Most of that is possible now. A few parts should still have a person in the loop, and knowing which is what keeps an ad account alive.
Provido builds its AI in house on the Anthropic API and connects it to the ad platforms, CRM, and messaging tools you already use.
Make it, decide on it, respond to it
Each layer runs on its own, with limits and approvals your team sets.
Make: creative engine
Writes and varies hooks, ad copy, and video scripts for each treatment line and audience, generates image and video variations, launches them, and retires the losers based on cost per patient.
Make: compliance screening
Checks every claim against a category rulebook before a person approves it. Guaranteed results, implied FDA approval of compounded drugs, and before and after promises get caught before they run.
Decide: performance analyst
Reads ad and revenue data every day, spots creative fatigue, moves budget within set caps, and writes a weekly report on what changed and why.
Decide: churn and next message
Scores each patient's churn risk from refill timing, engagement, and payment history, and picks the message, timing, and channel for each patient.
Respond: 60-second replies
Answers pre-purchase questions by text within a minute, around the clock, and brings back abandoned intakes. Built on the same engine as our patient acquisition agent.
Respond: reply triage
Sorts every inbound text. Cancellations go to a save flow, shipping questions get answered, and anything clinical goes straight to a licensed clinician.
Where a person stays in the loop
- Medical claims. New messaging passes through an approval queue. In weight loss and hormone categories, one bad claim can close an ad account or draw FTC attention.
- Clinical questions. AI never gives medical advice. It routes to the clinical partner.
- Budget limits. The analyst moves money within caps your team sets, not without them.
- Patient data. Anything touching protected health information runs through providers under a BAA or has identifiers removed first.
How it is built
Claude, through the Anthropic API, does the writing, screening, analysis, and patient replies. Meta Advantage+ and Google Performance Max still handle bid and delivery automation, because they do it well. A lifecycle platform such as Customer.io or Braze sends the email and SMS. Server-side tracking feeds purchase and refill data back so every layer learns from real revenue. The stack page lists each piece.
What it needs to work
Data. Optimization learns from purchases and refills, so a new brand spends its first month or two building the system and collecting volume. Launching one treatment line first gets the AI to useful decisions faster than splitting a budget across four.
Want your real number instead of an estimate?
We request an appointment the way a new patient would: your form, your phone line, your hours. Then we time every step and send a short written report in two business days. Reply speed, booking friction, and where inquiries go quiet. Free, no obligation.
